The Letterkenny Township Board of Supervisors meetings will be held on the fourth Tuesday of each month, except for November and December. In those months, the meetings will be held on the third Tuesday. All meetings will take place at 7:00 p.m. at the Letterkenny Township Building at 4924 Orrstown Rd, Orrstown, PA 17244.

The Planning Commission will meet on those same nights at 6:15 p.m. if subdivision plans are included on the meeting Agenda.

The 2025 Meetings dates are as follows: January 28, February 25, March 25, April 22, May 27, June 24, July 22, August 26, September 23, October 28, November 18, and December 16.

The Budget meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 4 at 7:00 p.m.

The 2026 Reorganization meeting will be held on Monday, January 5 at 7:00 p.m.
